What You'll Do
- Manage the Executive Protection and Geopolitical Risk teams
- Draft travel, event and advance threat assessments for venues and travel routes to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Establish standardized processes to monitor, identify, assess, notify, and mitigate security risks to our executives and operations
- Provide subject matter expertise for geopolitical and security intelligence covering our global operations
- Prepare and present risk intelligence briefings and products for various levels of audiences and business verticals to support critical decision making across the company
- Manage protective intelligence-related tasks which include proactive threat detection and escalation, threat and risk assessments, POI investigations, maintaining BOLOs, and collaborating with internal and external partners on threat management
- Manage dashboards and metrics, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to measure the effectiveness of both programs and ensure continuous improvement
- Manage threat levels and implement protection strategies
- Willingness to travel frequently and maintain an in-office presence to ensure the ability to support of our executive team
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, security/intelligence studies, criminal justice, or a related field
- 5+ years of executive protection, dignitary protection, or relevant experience
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience delivering geopolitical risk analysis
- Significant experience working with interagency and foreign partners in high threat environments
- Extensive experience working and traveling globally in conflict/crisis environments
- Experience managing Person of Interest/GOI investigations and managing a BOLO program
- Experience with building and implementing protective intelligence and threat management programs
- Proven experience addressing global security challenges and geopolitical turmoil
- Experience with data visualization and geospatial mapping tools
- Formal training in intelligence analysis and OSINT tradecraft
- Proven experience with commercial intelligence databases and OSINT research tools
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- This position requires up to 50% travel

- Experience managing security for High-Net-Worth Individuals, the US Secret Service, or US State Department DSS
- Experience building, implementing and scaling executive security and geopolitical risk programs
