We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth across the US market. Location is flexible depending on the candidate and business needs. This role will be instrumental in expanding the firm's footprint in the Americas, managing key client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across their suite of risk advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify and secure new client opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives across various industries
- Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to re-engage dormant accounts
- Contribute to the firm's broader business development community and knowledge sharing
- Provide regular reporting on business development activities and pipeline management
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development or client relationship management within professional services
- Experience selling complex advisory services to senior executives
- Strong network within relevant industries (especially private equity and corporate)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex risk advisory solutions
Preferred Background:
- Experience in one or more of the following: private equity, management consulting, law, intelligence services, or risk advisory
- Understanding of corporate investigations, due diligence, or political risk analysis
- International business experience
