We are looking to hire a Client Success Professional. This quota-bearing salesperson will be focused on deepening and strengthening existing client relationships, cross-selling and upselling new solutions, and generating new business opportunities within the Fortune 1000.
The Client Success Professional has the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance of our business and to build a strong career path within our business. This is an ideal role for a salesperson with 2-3 years of experience to grow and develop both sales skills/capabilities, as well as a sophisticated understanding of the enterprise risk landscape, including: geopolitical, safety & security, cyber &information security, and legal/ regulatory/ compliance.
Job Responsibilities Include:
● Identify and Cultivate Partnerships:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Engage with key decision-makers to explore business opportunities •
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise in building partnerships
● Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and leadership direction.
● Drive Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Utilize market insights and networking skills to generate qualified leads.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication
- Convert leads into loyal customers by demonstrating value proposition and addressing customer needs.
● Maintain Client Relationships:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base
● Support upgrade initiatives by prospecting into pool of ecommerce subscribers to identify professional users and promote enterprise solutions
●Support inbound inquiries from existing clients, using the opportunity to conduct additional discovery and educate on broader suite of solutions
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of one year, ideally 2-3 years, as a revenue-generating enterprise salesperson in either new business or account management with demonstrated track record of achieving/ exceeding targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct customer, industry, and market level analysis in support of growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
